This charming three-story summer home in Kennebunk, Maine, had a storied past—including a historical connection to a horse barn—but was in need of a fresh new chapter. Recently purchased by a young Boston family, the home was filled with dark wood and dated interiors. Our mission was to transform it into a light, bright, and inviting retreat. With renovations to the kitchen and all bathrooms already underway, we were brought in to curate materials, furnishings, and finishes that would bring the home to life.
